Co-ordinating the Transition Year Programme

Target Group: Transition Year Co-ordinators, Co-ordinating Team Members, Programme Co-ordinators, Principals and Deputy Principals
Course Aims: to promote a whole school approach to student personal, social, vocational and educational development; to support participants in leading a whole school approach to student development; to assist co-ordinators and co-ordinating teams in their roles; to explore staff needs in relation to Transition Year; to encourage the sharing of best practice and to introduce and explore new resources and initiatives.
