- Differentiate between summative and formative assessment
Apply some of the principles of Assessment for Learning (AfL)
Understand the syllabus and the practical coursework requirements in relation to sensory analysis
Implement different sensory anlaysis tests (difference tests, preference tests and descriptive tests)
Plan, implement and evaluate sensory analysis assignments in line with examination requirements
Recognise the advantages of using AfL techniques
