- 1. To inform, advise and support Principals, Deputy Principals, and School Planning Coordinators in relation to:
- Current national policy priorities
- Good practice in planning for enhanced learning and teaching
- School self-evaluation and school improvement
2. To engage school leaders in workshop discussion of the planning implications for schools of the topics addressed
3. To provide relevant resource materials for use in schools
