HIST0903: Developing Students' History Research Skills
- Target Group
- Teachers who wish to develop their students' research skills and, in particular those teachers who will be preparing students for the Leaving Certificate History Research Study
- Course Aims
- The course aims to assist teachers in helping students to develop research skills, the development of which are stated objectives of the Junior and Leaving Certificate History syllabuses. The course will include analysis of the requirements for the Leaving Certificate including the parameters that apply to choice of subject - as well as the marking indicators that are used in assessing the Research Study Report (RSR)
