DNC: Dance inservice

- At this cluster meeting, we propose to provide inservice training in the area of Dance.
Overview of the day:
This inservice day will provide Physical Education teachers with new ideas and approaches to teaching dance that will engage and retain students’ interest. A scheme of work and a resource based teaching tool will be introduced and this will focus on basic movement themes and motif development through dance styles such as ‘hip-hop’, ‘street’ and ‘modern’. No previous dance experience is necessary.
